Guangzhou Fuyuan Metal Products Co., Ltd. ("we") takes the security of your personal and business information seriously. This policy explains what information we process when you browse this website or contact us through the online quote request, why we process it, how we store and protect it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

1. Information you send us. When you use the online quote request, we collect:

• your name and either a phone number or e-mail address (required), company name (optional);
• the process you need and your requirements;
• drawings and other attachments (they may contain business information; we only use them to prepare a quote and discuss the work).

2. Information recorded with a request. To prevent abuse we record the time and network address (IP) of the submission. To learn how customers find us, we also record the first page of this site you opened during your visit and the website or promotion link you came from (for example Baidu search or an ad campaign name). This is only stored together with the request you send.

3. Anonymous visit statistics. The site counts page views and clicks on the phone, WeChat and e-mail buttons as anonymous totals only; no IP address or identity information is recorded for them.

4. Server logs. Like every website, the web server automatically keeps access logs (IP address, time, browser type and the pages requested). They are used only for security and troubleshooting and are deleted regularly.

2. Local storage and cookies

We do not use cookies to track visitors. So that a request can include where you came from, the site keeps "the first page you opened and the website you came from" in your browser's local storage for the current tab only; it is removed automatically when you close the tab. The site may also remember locally whether you closed a site notice.

If a third-party analytics tool (for example Baidu Tongji) is enabled on this site, it uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous visit data under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use it

• to reply to your request with a processing plan, quote and lead time;
• to discuss details, delivery and after-sales matters with you;
• to prevent spam and abuse, keep the site secure, and improve the website and our service.

We do not sell your information or use it for any other purpose; if we ever need to, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Storage and protection

Your request is stored on a server we manage and is only visible to staff who handle quote requests; attachments are never publicly accessible and can only be downloaded by staff signed in to the site's admin area. We protect it with access control, encrypted connections and other reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Retention: requests are kept for no longer than 3 years after our last contact and then deleted; if we do business together, related records are kept for the periods required by the contract and by law. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

5. Service providers and sharing

To provide the services above, the following providers may access or process information as far as necessary:

• the provider of the (cloud) server that stores the website's data;
• WeCom, DingTalk, Feishu or e-mail providers: the content of a new request (contact details, requirements; e-mail notifications may also include the drawings) is sent to our staff through these channels so they can respond quickly;
• a third-party analytics service, if enabled (for example Baidu Tongji).

Apart from this, we do not give your information to third parties, except:

• with your separate prior consent;
• where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. Your rights

You can contact us at any time to access, copy, correct or delete what you submitted, or to withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal). We will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity. If you believe our processing harms your rights, you may also complain to the competent authorities.

7. Children

This website is intended for businesses and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when laws or our business change. The updated version will be published on this page with its date; significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
